Prenatal Multi
Complete Prenatal Multi was designed to meet the high nutritional needs of both mama and baby. This formula is ideal for preconception, pregnancy and beyond.
Our unique formula is created with nutrients to support the body such as:
- 900mg of Choline for optimal brain development and cognitive performance for mom and baby
- 50mg of CoQ10 for antioxidant support
- Methylated B Vitamins for optimal absorption
- 4,000iu of Vitamin D for Immune support
- 350mg Magnesium to support increased physiological demands during pregnancy
Vitamin A is included in two forms: beta-carotene and retinyl palmitate, to help support those who have trouble converting “provitamin A” compounds (such as beta-carotene) into the active retinyl/retinol forms. Vitamin C and coenzyme Q10 provide antioxidant support, supporting a healthy immune system and cellular integrity. This product also contains L-5-MTHF, the most biologically available form of folate, plus a 900mg clinical dose of choline which is essential to support healthy cognitive development. To promote optimal blood sugar balance and healthy egg quality, 500 mg of inositol is included. Complete Prenatal Multi may also be taken as a potent and pure multivitamin.*

NAC
N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC) is an amino acid that is a precursor to glutathione, the body’s most powerful antioxidant, which helps promote optimal detoxification. NAC is heavily researched for its role in optimizing lung health.. NAC is also beneficial to help protect against normal exposure to heavy metals. Supplementing with NAC can also improve insulin resistance in women with PCOS. In fact, one study showed that NAC reduced fasting insulin to a greater degree than Metformin, a drug commonly used to treat PCOS. NAC may also help to improve androgen levels in women with PCOS, improve fertility rates and improve cervical mucus quality creating a better environment for conception.
